WHEN DO REGISTRATIONS CLOSE?
Early bird Registrations close at 4.30pm on Friday, 27th June, 2025 or until sold out.
Regular Registrations will close at 1.00pm on Friday 1st August 2025.

What are we doing with your data?
We process your personal data to facilitate your event registration and to keep you informed about upcoming events. We will not share your data with anyone unless it is necessary in providing services to you. QASEL will have access to your data to update their records.
Who will see your personal data?
Your data will be accessible by other organisations in order to process your registration. These include:
Centium Software (EventsAIR event registration software) using the Microsoft Azure Cloud
SecurePay - Ecommerce gateway
QASEL staff and conference committee members: - hosting this event
Brisbane Convention and Exhibition Centre, Southbank - Venue, used for catering and security purposes.
HOW DO I GET TO THE CONFERENCE?
A comprehensive network of trains, buses and city cats (ferries) link the Centre with Brisbane city and suburbs. Translink tickets are the best way to visit and travel around the city. The Translink website contains more details: http://www.translink.com.au
Q. By Train?
The closest train station is South Brisbane, only a few minutes walk away.
Q. By Bus?
The Cultural Centre is the main hub for most bus routes, only a few minutes walk away adjacent to the Queensland Performing Acts Centre. A Free Loop downtown bus service circles Brisbane’s Central Business District only.
Q. By River Cat?The CityCat Ferry stops at Southbank Terminal 2 which is located on the Clem Jones Promenade. CityCats run daily from 5.30am-10.30pm.

CAN I PARK AT THE VENUE?
BCEC car park is a paid car park, delegates can find more information on our parking rates here:

The maximum daily rate is $35 per day and there is an ‘Early Bird’ offer Monday to Friday. There are no specific discount rates for delegates.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Registrations cancelled before 4.30pm on Friday 1st August 2025, will receive a refund less a 10% administration fee.There will be no refunds on tickets after this time.
