WHEN DO REGISTRATIONS CLOSE?

Earlybird Registrations close at 4.30pm on Friday, 26th July, 2024 or until sold out.

Regular Registrations will close at 1.00pm on Friday, 16th August, 2024.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Registrations cancelled before Midday on Friday, 16 August, 2024, will receive a refund less a 10% administration fee.

There will be no refunds on tickets after this time.

HOW DO I GET TO THE CONFERENCE?

A comprehensive network of trains, buses and city cats (ferries) link the Centre with Brisbane city and suburbs. Translink tickets are the best way to visit and travel around the city. The Translink website contains more details: http://www.translink.com.au

Q. By Train?

The closest train station is South Brisbane; only a few minutes walk away.  

Q. By Bus?

The Cultural Centre is the main hub for most bus routes, only a few minutes walk away adjacent to the Queensland Performing Acts Centre. A Free Loop downtown bus service circles Brisbane’s Central Business District only.

Q. By River Cat?

The CityCat Ferry stops at Southbank Terminal 2 which is located on the Clem Jones Promenade.  CityCats run daily from 5.30am-10.30pm.

CAN I PARK AT THE VENUE?

BCEC car park is a paid car park, delegates can find more information on our parking rates here:

The maximum daily rate is $35 per day and there is an ‘Early Bird’ offer Monday to Friday in before 9 and out between 3-6pm priced @ $16. There are no other specific discount rates for delegates.
